By creating an account or using paarsh.ai /Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts for learners under the age of majority require parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to break security, or disrupt other learners.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid tracks and school plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices, taxes, and any refund terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled as described at purchase.

Intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access content for learning. Projects you create remain yours.

Certificates

Certificates recognize completion of a track and are verifiable. They do not constitute formal accreditation unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
